How does the intake process work?
Click "Start Your Intake" and complete a short confidential health questionnaire. After submitting you'll receive a welcome email with a secure link to activate your $50/month membership and set up secure messaging. I review every intake personally within 24 hours.
Is the $50 all-inclusive?
The $50/month covers clinical care, prescription management, and direct NP access for all three services. Medication cost is separate and paid at your pharmacy. I recommend Cost Plus Drugs for the most affordable pricing — most medications run under $20/month.
What if I'm not eligible for treatment?
If I determine you're not a candidate for any of the services requested, your $50 is fully refunded — no questions asked. Your safety always comes first.
Do I need to be in Arizona?
Yes — I am currently licensed in Arizona only. You must be an Arizona resident to become a patient. I'm actively pursuing additional state licenses.
How does the referral program work?
After enrolling I'll send you a personal referral code. New patients who use your code get $25 off their first month. You get a completely free month for every successful referral. No limit on referrals.
Can I cancel anytime?
