Yes, sometimes. ED can be an early indicator of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hormonal imbalance, or other conditions. It can also be medication-related or primarily psychological. That's why a thorough intake matters. If your case suggests an underlying condition that needs further evaluation, I'll let you know.

Why am I having ED if I'm otherwise healthy?

ED in otherwise healthy men is more common than most people realize. Performance anxiety, stress, sleep, alcohol, and even cycling habits can all contribute. It doesn't mean something is seriously wrong. It does mean it's worth looking at.

Are there situations where these medications aren't safe?

Yes. Certain heart conditions and medications are contraindications for sildenafil and tadalafil. I screen for these during your intake. If you're not a safe candidate I'll tell you directly, return your payment, and help point you toward a urologist in your area.

What causes erectile dysfunction?

ED has both physical and psychological causes. Common physical causes include reduced blood flow, hormonal changes, and certain medications. Psychological factors like stress and performance anxiety can also play a significant role. Often it's a combination of both.
